We’re Drs. Arianna and David Cole. We met our first year of dental school, graduated together, and moved to Little Rock to build a life — and a practice — in a community we love. At Elite Dental, you’ll always be cared for by a doctor who knows your name.
Dr. Arianna Cole, DDS
Many of our patients already know Dr. Arianna. She’s been part of Elite Dental as an associate since 2023, and now she’s a co-owner — with the same gentle, unhurried approach you’ve come to expect.
Arianna grew up in Germantown, Tennessee, and earned her dental degree from the UTHSC College of Dentistry in 2021. She came to Little Rock for her general practice residency at UAMS, and somewhere along the way she fell for the city and the community. She never left.
Her favorite work is the kind that changes how someone feels about their smile — cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign — and she has a real soft spot for treating children and nervous patients. She’ll always talk you through what’s happening before it happens.
Dr. Arianna also serves as adjunct faculty at Lyon College of Dentistry and the UAMS General Practice Residency. She serves on the admissions board for both programs.

Outside the office, you’ll find her on the tennis court or with a needlepoint project in hand.
Dr. David Cole, DDS
David joins Elite Dental as co-owner and practicing dentist after several years caring for patients in Jacksonville, Arkansas. He’s a Razorback through and through — undergrad at the University of Arkansas before earning his DDS from the UTHSC College of Dentistry in 2021.
What he cares about most is simple: helping people feel at ease in the chair, and getting patients out of pain when they need it most. He believes a calm, honest conversation does as much for a nervous patient as anything that happens afterward.
He volunteers each year with the Arkansas Mission of Mercy, providing free dental care to people across the state. When he’s not working, he’s usually on the golf course or grilling out with friends.

Meet Maple
Maple is the Coles’ mini goldendoodle and an important part of their family. She stays home during clinic days, but she is never far from life outside the office.
